Position Available: Board Certified Music Therapist
Start Date: July 2020
Our agency is currently seeking Board-Certified Music Therapists to work with individuals and groups of all ages!
Hillcroft offers a multitude of opportunities to grow professionally, participate in community outreach programs, engage

Full-Time and Part-Time Availability: Full caseload with benefits (401K, medical, paid holidays, PTO), as well as mileage
reimbursement and some financial assistance for continuing education credits, conference, and professional affiliations.
Flexible work week, with some weekend/ evening events.
Job Description: “Hillcroft Services, Inc. provides residential, employment, and community support services to
individuals with disabilities in several counties in East Central Indiana. The mission of Hillcroft is: “To provide innovative
services and supports for People with disabilities and their families; resulting in extraordinary differences in People’s
lives.” Hillcroft is focused on creating a culture of strong values, understanding the importance of ethical behavior, and
maintaining high quality services to the people we serve.” Hillcroft Services, Inc. is a local nonprofit offering home and
community-based services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities via the Medicaid Waiver
program.
Board-certified music therapist engages in the treatment process to facilitate interventions to assist individuals in
promoting independence, overall well-being and enhance quality of life. Music therapy position is located in the therapy
services department of the agency’s Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) division. Music therapists provide
treatment to individuals and groups of all ages. Services are humanistic and integrative in approach, occurring in the
community and clinical space. Therapists are expected to complete adequate documentation (i.e. session notes,
quarterly reports, assessments, etc.) in a timely fashion and work with client centered teams and other therapists/
professionals.

Qualifications: Candidates must have current MT-BC credentials, or are eligible to sit for the board examination.
