Summary Description: Goddard House is seeking a program director/music therapist with strong creative and management skills to oversee, develop and sustain all programming (including music, arts, fitness, educational and spiritual programs) for older adults who reside in traditional assisted living at Goddard House. The Program Director supervises program staff and music therapy interns. The Director works collaboratively with Goddard House staff team, families and residents. Program Director reports to the Executive Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy
MT-BC – Board Certified, in good standing
Preferred minimum experience of two (2) years working with older adults and people with dementia
Strong music skills
Experience in recruiting, training and managing people
Able to work flexible hours due to demands of position
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
