Faith & Family Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate, flexible and responsible part-time Music Therapist to complement our incredible team. This position will likely increase to full-time as needs dictate.
Primary Function: The Music Therapist (MT-BC) plans, organizes and implements clinical music therapy interventions in order to address the psychosocial and physical needs of patients and their families as part of the hospice interdisciplinary plan of care. The MT also provides continued evaluation, documentation, and communication with the interdisciplinary team. A reliable vehicle is required as patients are visited in their own homes and surrounding facilities in Central Massachusetts.
