Guided Imagery in Music Training August 24-28, 2019 in Litchfield, Connecticut

Deepen your practice, expand your skills, and earn 46 CMTE credits, including 3 ethics credits! You do not want to miss this training opportunity for a Level One Bonny Method GIM Training. Spend 5 days with Madelaine Ventre, MS, LCAT, MT-BC, and learn about the major components of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM) process. The topics covered include the history, definitions and session format of GIM and music and imagery; imagery; non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC); processing techniques; guiding techniques; music in non-ordinary states of consciousness; contra-indications and ethics. This course will include an experiential component in addition to the didactic work.
