Music Therapy Consultant
Goddard House Assisted Living – Brookline MA
Position available June 2014
Job Title: Music Therapy Consultant, 6-hours weekly $50 plus per hour
Requisites: Board Certification (MT-BC) or comparable licensure
Population: Group music therapy sessions with older adults, many of whom have Alzheimer’s disease and other neurocognitive disorders. Experience with these populations preferred.
Grant funded position – fee based on experience – fully funded through 2015
Applicant must be qualified to supervise undergraduate music therapy students who train on site.

Responsibilities for Music Therapist:
- 45 minute group music therapy sessions
- Occasional Individual sessions isolated residents
- Supervision of Berklee College of Music Students
- Collaborative Contact as needed
