The Department of Music at the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz welcomes is looking to fill an open position in Music Therapy begin Fall semester of 2024. This position may be filled as either the three-year renewable Lecturer (Master’s degree required) or tenure-track Assistant Professor (PhD or ABD with date certain for completion of degree requirements) depending on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a mix of undergraduate and graduate courses from freshmen through master’s level offerings. Candidates who bring a unique range of cultural experience and who are especially qualified to mentor and advise all members of our diverse student population are especially encouraged to apply.
