NER-AMTA DEI Survey

The NER-AMTA Board of Directors would like to gain a better understanding of the cultural climate of the region and the work that needs to be done to improve issues around diversity, equity, and inclusion. You are being invited to participate in this anonymous survey because you are a music therapist, music therapy student, or credential-seeking person within NER-AMTA and because we believe your input is valuable in understanding the experiences and perception of cultural issues in our region.

We anticipate it will take you 10-15 minutes to complete this survey. Please note that all survey responses will be kept confidential and we will not use any responses for research purposes. We will make results available to the NER-AMTA community through reports and recommendations that include both quantitative (numbers) and qualitative (descriptive) material.

We understand that some of the questions in this survey may be personal and sensitive in nature. You are free to choose not to participate and to discontinue your participation at any time by quitting the survey. We believe that the breadth of responses will support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in NER-AMTA.
