Job Title: Music Therapist, independent contractor, 14 hours to start, start date in December or January
Location: Southern, central, Seacoast regions of New Hampshire and Northern Mass
Description: Two well-established music therapy practices are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic music therapist to hire as soon as possible. The music therapist will provide music therapy services in homes, schools, and communities for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Therapy will be provided within the guidelines and standards of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA).
Qualifications: Minimum undergraduate degree in Music Therapy attained from an approved program by the AMTA in conjunction with being Board Certified. As an independent contractor you will need to provide your own professional liability insurance, instruments and reliable transportation.

• You have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling to clients in
the southern, central and Seacoast regions of NH
• You enjoy working on your own, but appreciate having someone to
brainstorm ideas with
• You enjoy collaborating with other related professionals
• You are quick to communicate by email, text, and phone

• You are not receptive to feedback
• You are not willing to travel to see clients
• You are not familiar with the Code of Ethics or do not agree with its
importance
• You are not flexible with scheduling
• You have plans of starting your own private practice
Pay: Base rate of $48.00 per hour
