Yoga with Krystal

Krystal Demaine will offer a one-hour morning yoga session at 7:15am on Friday.

~Through gentle yoga asana, breathing, and meditation, this morning yoga practice will ease you into your day, to be refreshed, and rejuvenated for the conference.  ~

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat to stretch, sit, and enjoy.
