• 5 years clinical experience
• Holds a master’s degree in music therapy or related area, with a minimum of transcripted graduate credits equivalent to 12 semester hours or the equivalent of graduate credits in music therapy beyond the undergraduate equivalency requirements
• Master’s Degree Required, Doctorate preferred.
