Position Available: Board Certified Music Therapist

 

Start Date: July 2018

 

Full Time; Hourly Position: Caseload with benefits (401K, medical, paid holidays, PTO), as well as mileage reimbursement and financial assistance for continuing education credits, conference, and professional affiliations. Flexible work week includes Monday through Friday, with some weekend/ evening events.

 

Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy

-MT-BC credentials

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Ability to work within a professional team setting, participate in community outreach services/ events

-Reliable transportation

Hillcroft Services, Inc. in Muncie, Indiana is looking to hire a full-time music therapist with July 2018 start dates!

 

Hillcroft Services, Inc. provides residential, employment, and community support services to individuals with disabilities in several counties in East Central Indiana. Hillcroft Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through the Medicaid Waiver program. Due to an influx in referrals, we are currently seeking Board-Certified Music Therapists to work with individuals and groups of all ages, diagnosis and abilities! Therapist must have reliable transportation, albeit majority of services are facility based. Instruments and other materials are provided. Therapist is expected to complete adequate documentation in a timely fashion and work with client centered teams and other therapists/ professionals. All planning and documentation is completed electronically. Hillcroft Services, Inc. offers a multitude of opportunities to grow professionally, participate in community outreach programs, engage in direct paid supervision, trainings and self-care, as well as collaboration with other music therapists and professionals!
