Overview:
Develop, implement & document 1:1, small & large group music therapy sessions focusing on sensorimotor, communication, and affective skills. Provide ongoing consultation to each site and train staff as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in music therapy and Board Certification (MT-BC) must be completed and maintained. Experience working with people with extensive physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Experience with elders preferred. Experience working with Apple devices (MacBook, iPads,iTouch) and other assistive technology highly preferred. Valid driver’s license required; the position covers programs in Worcester, Devens & Milford (one site per day of week).
